About Jessica Bolton
Jess obtained her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Edith Cowan University in Joondalup in December 2015, whilst continuing to compete in the sport of motocross at a world championship level. Upon completion of her Bachelor degree Jess continued travelling around the world for 4 years racing motocross as a professional. She then relocated to Sydney returning to university. Jess completed her Masters of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney in December 2020.
After growing up in the Goldfields, Jess found the time had come to relocate back to her hometown after many years away. Jess values rural community services and is passionate about giving back to the community that helped her. Coming from a sporting background with many personal injuries along the way Jess understands the need for professional allied health services in the Goldfields.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist Jess specialises in prescribing exercise and movement as medicine. She prescribes evidence based, exercise programs catered to each individual needs to help treat or manage their specific injuries and illnesses in both private and group settings. Jess is passionate in helping people achieve their physical activity goals no matter how big or small and no matter how young or old you are.

Jess is married and enjoys spending time with her husband. She loves getting outdoors and leads a very active lifestyle whether that is working out, cycling, competing out on the footy field, or cutting a lap on the motocross track. Having grown up in Kalgoorlie she also loves to connect with her many friends and family members.
