Mature Movers: Over 50’s Exercise Classes in Kalgoorlie
This is a small group class (maximum of 6 participants) specifically designed for the over 50’s. It focuses on progressive strengthening and balance based exercises to help improve well being and quality of life.
Classes are available Tuesday afternoons at 2pm and Thursday mornings at 9am. Classes are $15/session.

Our classes focus on personalised rehabilitation and/or fitness based goals.
